I AM NOT a professional, I have learned from books, herbal leaders/teachers and from myself. I am currently in college getting my degree in science. These terms and conditions explain how my business works and what you agree to when using this site or purchasing products.

All of my skincare products are made with natural ingredients, carefully chosen for their quality and benefits. However, everyone’s skin is different. I recommend doing a patch test before fully using any new product.
My products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or skin condition. Please consult a doctor or dermatologist if you have serious skin concerns.
You can place orders through my website or directly through social media (if offered). I accept [list payment methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.].
All prices are listed in [USD] and include/exclude applicable taxes (choose one and specify). Orders will be confirmed by email once payment is received.
I currently ship to the United States ONLY. I aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 business days.
Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location. Please allow for potential delays, especially during busy times or due to postal service disruptions.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes (if applicable).
Due to the nature of skincare products, I cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at aiyannanaturals@gmail.com and include a photo. I’ll do my best to make it right with a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used/opened items.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace it or offer a full refund.
Eligibility for Refunds
Products must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
Request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not refund items due to allergic reactions; we encourage you to check the ingredients listed below every product to see what you are putting on your skin.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
