Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used/opened items.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace it or offer a full refund.
Eligibility for Refunds
Products must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
Request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Process
Email us at aiyannanaturals@gmail.com with your order number, issue, and photos (if applicable).
Once approved, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not refund items due to allergic reactions, we encourage you to check the ingredients listed below every product to see what you are putting on your skin.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
